UPDATE: HUD released the final Buying Your Home, Settlement Costs Booklet revision 12/16/09.  Our printers are up and running to get these into our hands as soon as possible.  We expect to receive them right early next week and begin shipping immediately so you can have them on hand the first week of January.

 

In the new RESPA Rules Faqs posted to HUD's website on 9/21/09, the regulator stated that the settlement costs book is being revised. 

 

We don't know the extent of changes as yet, other than the HUD-1 and Good Faith Estimate forms that are included.  There should also be some revisions regarding escrow account. 

 

We are taking orders for the revised Buying Your Home books now and will hold with estimated shipping date in early December.
