The NACHA Rules change for Back Office Conversion Entries are effective March 16, 2007.  The Unauthorized/Improper ACH Debit forms have changed to include this new type of entry on the form.    We are in the process of updating the forms to be available for shipping at the first of March.  We offer this in four different formats to meet state laws, see list below:
